Spring Hats & Scarves To Buy

I’m pretty happy to report that I’m back to loving hats again. Yes, sometimes I get stuck with rancher hats since those typically look best with my short hair BUT I’m leaning a lot more towards bucket hats, visors and scarves this Spring as an added little accessory. I just got back from New York and had the best time with my good friend Vincent. We explored the city, met with friends we hadn’t seen in awhile or even met at that point and also shot some fun content! It was actually incredibly windy during our time there so having this amazing bucket hat from Frankie Shop was so critical alongside this vintage scarf I picked up from one of my local vintage stores in Orange County. Having bangs is one of those things that I love and hate pretty much equally. When it’s windy it’s impossible to not have hair in your face along with having the bangs go thin on you.

Anywho enough of that. I’m excited for my next trip in the works which is going to be Hawaii in May! I’ve never been so excited and I know that I”ll need to pack some good headwear that’s compact enough to not take up too much space. Cue visors and super obnoxiously large floppy hats. I’m not one for floppy hats in the more traditional sense but the extreme oversized ones make me very happy.

Also I got pretty inspired by a look Kendall Jenner wore with some white denim jeans and a white denim jacket with a head scarf so I definitely recreated a similar version that you see below! Not only were these hats really chic for the trip but man they also served a purpose because it was SO WINDY. The negatives of having bangs and short hair let me tell you.
