Strappy Gingham Top – Zara | FrontRow x Low Classic Trench Coat – W Concept | The Perfect Summer Jean in Fitzgerald Wash – Madewell | The Arch Mule Blush – Oyster Footwear | Addicted Bracelet Bag – Parisa Wang | Kels Round Sunglasses – Giant Vintage

So there’s a few things I’m really loving for Spring. One of them is clearly gingham but the other is trench coats! I received this one awhile back but it’s been the perfect type of weather lately to bring it back to life! What I love the most about a trench coat is how the structured accents look so flattering next to everyday outfits. Whether you pair this trench with a t-shirt, blouse or dress, it adds a little edge and city vibes to any look. I’m also loving these new denim jeans I picked up from Madewell. They are called the “Perfect Summer Jean” and I have to say they aren’t wrong. The jeans actually fit high waisted (which doesn’t happen often) and closely covers the belly button so this is the perfect pairing for crop tops or tucking in and creating a slim waist! I’ve also been happy about these glasses I picked up from Giant Vintage. The round frames I thought might not be flattering on my facial shape but they are just big enough to make me feel comfortable wearing them. This look was really a hodge podge of things I had in my closet but sometimes all you need is a new perspective on pieces you already have!
