As you guys know, I have an amazing relationship with Grana and really value their pieces. They have the perfect minimalistic style and high quality fabrics. My most recent piece from them is this silk jumpsuit. Now usually I have some trouble with jumpsuits, sometimes they aren’t super flattering on me just because they are either too long or they don’t hit my waist in the right spot.
One of the best parts of being a fashion blogger is getting exposed to up and coming brands like Our Second Nature. They have incredible pieces that incorporate artistic elements and structured minimalistic designs. I’m definitely one for incorporating art print tops and sketch printed pieces into my wardrobe, they add a chic element to any outfit.
I was really excited a few weeks back to attend a brunch in celebration of Flair the Label’s first year of business! This brand has been a supporter of myself long before I was actually introduced to the label. It was a pleasure being able to speak to Mire (the owner) about the brand and hear how she has been following my blog from it’s early stages. That being said, as we all rounded the table getting to know one another, a lot of people seem to be surprised that 1. I live in Orange County, and 2. I don’t blog for a living.
Taxi Trouser in Mustard – Article& | Short Sleeve Hemp Tee – Jung Maven | Salome Black Leather Lace Up Heels – Lulus | Shirt Jacket – NA-KD | Green Basket Bucket Bag – Cafune |
When you are home sick in bed for three days you start realizing how much you HATE sitting around for three days not accomplishing anything! Luckily I’m finally starting to feel better and I’ve picked back up where I’ve left off. I had an amazing day out in LA with one of my good friends the other day and it was everything I had been needing. We started off with brunch at Bardonna (amazing by the way) and finished the morning off with a bit of shopping.
So there’s a few things I’m really loving for Spring. One of them is clearly gingham but the other is trench coats! I received this one awhile back but it’s been the perfect type of weather lately to bring it back to life! What I love the most about a trench coat is how the structured accents look so flattering next to everyday outfits. Whether you pair this trench with a t-shirt, blouse or dress, it adds a little edge and city vibes to any look.
Striped Wrap Skirt – J.O.A | Bad Habits Tee – TopShop | Slingback Pointed Toe Flats – H&M | Pom Pom Basket Bag – Zara
Quick outfit post from the other day! I’m a big fan of this striped wrap skirt and styling it with something as simple as a tied up tee. Statement skirts are a big thing for me this year (and late last) and adding in a wrap midi skirt to the mini mix is a great addition for Spring. It’s feminine but with the ability to be transitioned to work or play.
On the Spot Polka Dot Button Down Blouse – Lulus | Wreck-Reational Activity White Distressed Denim Shorts – Lulus | Gila Studded Ankle Strap Heel – Steve Madden | Midnight Muse Fedora – Lack of Color
Anyone else have some polka dot fever going on? It has such a classic and feminine print that I can’t get enough of. This entire look is from Lulus, one of my favorite most versatile websites for cute, on trend outfits. I have a feeling this top will be a great pairing with overalls for a casual look or a mini skirt for a night out.
Once upon a time there was a statement blouse and a statement shoe and they were the perfect combination for Spring, THE END! Or something like that. I’m really leaning towards the femme of femme blouses for Spring and adding in a little edge or fun to the look! In this instance I received these gorgeous Henna Bow Sandals by Sam Edelman and Stylinity that have a little satin sheen and are VERY comfortable.
Clayton Marina Denim Candice Dress – Revolve | Mesh Long Sleeve Top – Zara (Similar) | PomPom Basket Bag – Zara | Mid Heel Elastic Ankle Boot – Zara
Looking for the perfect sexy date night dress for Spring or Summer? Look no further than this denim midi dress from Clayton. I’ve recently been introduced to the brand that is the quintessential California cool girl when it comes to designs. Sexy yet sophisticated, I love this piece because it hugs your curves and accentuates all that is good about the female form.
