So there’s a few things I’m really loving for Spring. One of them is clearly gingham but the other is trench coats! I received this one awhile back but it’s been the perfect type of weather lately to bring it back to life! What I love the most about a trench coat is how the structured accents look so flattering next to everyday outfits. Whether you pair this trench with a t-shirt, blouse or dress, it adds a little edge and city vibes to any look.

The art of layering is a fine one, and one that I’m constantly expanding on. I can’t get enough of this mock neck trumpet sleeve blouse from H&M that I previously wore in this post where I layered a slinky bralette on top. In this instance I’ve switched it up a bit and placed the blouse underneath the poplin shirt! I love how well these two pieces fit together and let me know this is something NOT planned.

Major city slipping this week and of course, more and more layering! This black slip from H&M was an amazing deal and its absolutely gorgeous. This is going to be a great piece to wear to any Holiday parties you have coming up (minus the turtleneck). Speaking of this turtleneck, this one is of cashmere descent from Grana.
