Travel Diary: Astoria, OR

I recently went up to visit my brother and sister in-law up in Astoria Oregon and it was an experience I won’t be forgetting anytime soon. You have a lot of expectations when you travel to places you’ve heard so much about. Being an avid foodie, coffee drinker, and shopper I was super excited for this trip not only to see my family and some of the Oregon coast but to also visit Portland (post to come). But in my head I imagined my favorite portion of the trip would be when I hit the “big” city of Portland and was able to visit all the cute coffee shops and boutiques that I’m always searching for. Reality was, I had the best time exploring the coast of Oregon. From it’s small town breweries, gorgeous beaches and cute little doe’s grazing across the street it was a relaxing and memorable time for myself and my husband.
