Fall transitions are in full swing and I’ve partnered up with Grana to bring you a few of my favorite ways to style knitwear & silks this season! First off let me tell you that olives, dark forest greens, blush, burnt orange and camel are my go-to palette for fall. I think adding in color during the seasonal change really spices things up and let’s you play around with colors other than grey and black that we so often cling to during Fall & Winter. I am in love with layering as most of you know so when I picked out this silk trapeze olive green dress I knew I had to play around with layering! What’s so great about throwing on a long sleeve fitted camel blouse beneath the slip dress is that you can show off the dress in it’s entirety without having to cover up with a jacket. When the weather is cool enough for dresses but NOT warm enough to go without a light sweater I always say that layering is key. I decided to create a different silhouette with the dress by utilizing this belting method. I also can’t get enough of my new Gucci belt so that also doesn’t hurt! Top off this look with some fun red snakeskin fringed ankle boots and you have the perfect Fall outfit for work, play or a visit to the fam.
