Getting back to Fall with a plaid skirt and red turtle neck combo, straight out of Cher’s closet.
While plaid skirts normally take me to private schools on the East coast, I have to say I really like the combination with a fitted turtle neck. While it’s been blazing hot in So Cal I had to throw on this gorgeous new trench coat via W Concept, I absolutely love the subtle detailing it has that really makes it a unique a special piece. Mixing and matching textures and colors has become my new favorite thing to do so having a plaid wool skirt, suede mules and a leather clutch really felt like a street style cool girl look. I also had the greatest time at the Clare V x Jenni Kayne store opening party down in Lido Marina in Newport Beach! I highly recommend checking out the Lido Marina, it’s such a cute array of shopping and soon to be restaurants that I know will get Orange County buzzing! It’s nice to have some cool and different shops down in Orange County and so close to home, can’t wait to see what else opens!
