Star Print Button Down Blouse – Mango, Similar (here, here , & here) | Asymmetrical Skirt – Aritzia (Similar) | White Sneakers – H&M | Messenger Box Bag – JCOS Studios | Denim Jacket – Zara
I’m always great at dressing for everyday but when it comes to events or even things as simple as a family BBQ I get lost form time to time. With Independence Day (aka Fourth of July) coming up I wanted to come up with a good outfit that can be achieved fairly easily by everyone.
Are graphic tees and sweatshirts a thing of the past? Growing up in the era of the late nineties and early two thousands makes me somewhat of an expert of the tragic trend of graphic tees. While it was a fun time (and definitely an easy way of dressing) it has since been a thing of the past (at least for myself).
Trying to find trendy on point outfits for the summer can be daunting. Trying to find cute alternatives to jean shorts and blouses can be tricky at times but recently I’ve made it a mission to continue pursuing my trendy fall wardrobe into the warm summer months. One way of doing which is by purchasing flowing bottoms that are not only suitable to wear everyday but moreso for the office.
Stripe Wide Leg Jumper – Akira | Round metal sunglasses – Ray Ban | Case of the Ex Wide Choker – LaModa
Living for beach nights such as this, especially in such a beachy little number that is this white striped wide-leg jumpsuit from Akira. The pants on these things though, it’s hard to explain and near harder to picture but the legs on this are almost individually wrapped! They elongate the leg so much and when the right breeze hits or if you’re strutting your stuff, a little leg action is sure to happen. This is really versatile piece which is why I’m such a fan, it’s great for those warm So Cal nights when you’re heading out to dinner (in my case with the hubby) and just adding on a cute strappy heel. Or it’s something perfect for your next summer vacay when you’re headed to an evening dinner by the water and under the stars. This really makes me want to head back to Mexico where we traveled for our honey moon!

Went for a real 90s inspired look for thrifting this past Sunday out in LA. I purchased this black cami crop top from Urban Outfitters and haven’t looked back! This piece is perfect to pair with skirts (as seen here) as well as high waisted denim or trousers.
Corrie Top – Corinne | Paper Bag Trousers – Zara (old) | Tan Platform Loafers – Zara (Similar) | Overnight Celebrity Backpack – LaModa
As you guys have probably seen, I’m a huge supporter of all things blush. Not just pink, has to be blush, but for me it’s a pretty crazy thing considering I used to despise the color (even as a kid). Now I’m slowly realizing that it is a great tone against my skin.
Star Printed Shirt – Mango | Black Culottes – Zara | Case of the Ex Wide Thick Fabric Choker – LaModa | Get Used To It Black Strappy Heel – LaModa | Overnight Celebrity Front Zip Backpack – LaModa
Taking a classic button down to the next level by adding some stars into the mix! I’ve been looking for a great star printed button down so once I saw this piece on Mango and they also had their sitewide 30% off sale, I couldn’t say no!
