Met a friend for brunch over the weekend and opted for this new dress from Tobi. I am in love with the lace up detailing and denim fabric. It’s a great casual shift dress that you can easily pair with a cardigan or leather jacket (to make it edgier).

Trench Coat – Neon Rose | White Sneakers – H&M | Ridley Ankle Grazer Jeans – ASOS | Ribbed Funnel Neck Sweater – TopShop | Aviator Sunglasses – Ray-Ban

Gearing up for San Francisco weather with this cold front here in So Cal. I threw on my latest purchase, a medium weight trench coat by Neon Rose from Urban Outfitters. The best part of this trench is it’s ability to layer over heavier pieces like this chunky knit sweater. I’ve been leaning on my ever growing sneaker collection lately as work and life in general has been too hectic for anything less haha. I also was thinking about how envious I would be in high school knowing how many pairs of sneakers I now own. I can’t wait to style this trench coat in the future!

If you’re looking for good coffee in Orange County, friendly baristas and plenty of space to spread out your work then Dripp in Downtown Fullerton, CA is the place for you! I have been waiting for this place to open up for months now as I was a big fan of the Chino Hills location. With this one being much closer plus in one of my favorite downtown spots it was a win win. I took a trip up over the weekend to get some blogging done, one of the baristas in the front helped me pick out one of their drip brews (medium blend) and I picked up a delicious ham and cheese croissant. This is the perfect place to study or have a quick drink with friends. There’s a large courtyard area and the interior is very spacious with both lounge, table and bar seating. Definitely give this place a go on your next trip towards Orange County!

Denim Overall Dress – H&M | Turtleneck Sweater – Eileen Fischer (Similar) | Ivy Over the Knee Boots – Ego | Pieces Tote w/ Front Pocket – ASOS

I apologize for the number of photos this post but I seriously am in love with this overall dress from H&M! It’s the exact piece I’ve been searching for with it’s cross back and deep v-front it’s the perfect piece for layering. This is a must have transition piece for Winter to Spring as it can easily be worn with a turtleneck (as seen above) or with a cropped tee and some heeled sandals. Since we’ve had a recent cold front in So Cal I opted for this Eileen Fischer black turtleneck. It’s so incredibly soft and I got it for a steal at Buffalo Exchange! It’s become one of my MUST have pieces. I also needed some leg coverage so I turned to my over the knee heeled boots instead of tights. A hat and structured handbag complete the overall look and you’re ready for a day out! I definitely feel like this is a NY look versus So Cal but thats the beauty of fashion, you just roll with how you’re feeling that day.
