I’m so happy to finally have my sister back home in SoCal so on one of our weekend adventures we stopped by Savers one of her favorite thrifting destinations. I couldn’t believe when I found this perfect white dress. I’m a sucker for anything resembling the neckline of this piece which I find is one of the more flattering fits for my body type. The lace up back detailing sold me at the end of the day and you really can’t beat a $10 steal such as this. Another reason I picked it up was the resemblance to one of my favorite brands Reformation. There’s something about the dresses simplicity mixed with it’s new age details that makes it so desirable when paired with nude strappy heels and a wide brimmed hat.
P.S. If you haven’t already seen via Instagram I have a new puppy in my life! Meet Kirby the Frenchie who has made many a cameo in my outfit post photos. Happy Monday!
White Dress – Thrifted
Strappy Sandals Brown – Forever 21
Banks Sunglasses – Warby Parker
My latest fashion obsession is the shirt dress maxi. Something about it’s lightweight cotton with the not so flirty hemline makes me think a little less risky business and a whole lot more class. Whether it’s short, quarter, or long sleeve you just can’t go wrong with something as easy to throw on as this. A summer staple for the masses.

I’m a little obsessed with classic 50s style inspired by favorites like Audrey Hepburn and Lauren Bacall (whom according to an online quiz is my classic actress counterpart). ModCloth has always been my favorite site for classic vintage inspired dresses and accessories. I paired this cute baby doll dress with white heeled loafers, cambridge satchel in red and a simple leather bound wrist watch. Classic simplicity is my favorite way to dress, I wish there was an excuse to dress like this everyday. Oh not to mention my new French Bulldog puppy would really complete my look walking down the streets of New York City ready for brunch!
