I am absolutely in love with all of the printed rompers and jumpsuits that I have been seeing as of late. Revolve Clothing has a ton of adorable pieces including a One Teaspoon low back romper that I’m dying to purchase! But one of the difficult things about printed rompers happens to be that it’s blatantly obvious when you re-wear them. Whether it’s to work or a special event, the print usually catches everyone’s attention. While the compliments over cocktails will pour in, the next time your in it, everything’s already been said and done. Especially when you are being photographed (for fashionistas like us) it is a little heart wrenching to see yourself wearing the same outfit twice. Not all of us have the luxury of wearing a piece once (ballin’ on a budget). But alas, no need to fear, here is how I have re-worked my Mango romper to give it a fresh new look and how you can update your rompers too!

The first step is to decide what direction to go in. For myself, I had already used this romper for a more “dressed up” occasion so I grabbed my elongated knit vest I purchased on MEGA SALE from Forever21 years ago. It breaks up the pattern and also makes the look more casual (see dressed up version here). The second step is to change up your shoes and accessories. Since I’m going casual I grabbed my black fedora, glitter Zara sandals, Michael Kors bag, and ZeroUV sunnies. While I was going for a monochrome look, feel free to spice up a black and white romper with some colored kicks or handbag, it will definitely “pump up” your look (Foster the People would agree). Immediately you can see the difference, it’s really refreshing when I know I’m getting good use out of my clothing.

Happy styling!
